i'm going to buy this game and i'm going to love it.but . . . i wish that they would either have voice acting, or that they wouldn't have all that text. maybe even have a "less text" option. i'm dreaming here. but man i hate reading text.
My wife's kid brother, who barely graduated from high school, hated reading too.
I like to read the stuff the first time through. Hopefully, you can hit a button to skip the text. I really hate games where they scroll the text at first grade reading speed, and there's no way to speed it up.
Meh. It's a Mario platformer with RPG elements. Reading is kinda a given. Besides, it's Paper Mario...it's supposed to be book-like...not audiobook-like.
Why not? Reading is good for you. Nintendo obviously knows this, thus the reason for all the text :Dsteventhebol
i actually am a big reader. but i hate reading text on the tv. and traditionally, in my opinion. it's not great writing. not bad writing mind you. but i do get bored after only a short while.
It doesn't bother me and I find more often I read the text faster than the voice acting in games and skip it due to its poor quality. That said certain games do need voicing but being at least part rpg I can forgive SPM.
