Well if you have an original or a lite you could use the GBA slot and get Pac-man Collection http://www.gamespot.com/gba/action/pacmancollection/index.html?tag=result%3Btitle%3B1 it has Pac-mania. :)
I was referencing his username and avatar. That guy on southpark had no friends on facebook. *facepalm @ GS and the current 2nd poster* so yeah no ds pacman game has that pac-mania game, sorry ^^
