I'm a freelance illustrator, and I remember overhearing someone talking about a drawing program on the DS at a party with colleagues. Did I hear this right, or was I drunk?
There are various games that allow you to draw (I know one of them is Super Mario 64), but as far as I know there is not a built in drawing program on the DS.
Maybe the were talking about that new game "LOL". It's the multiplayer game where everyone decides the contest and then each person submits their entry and then votes for the winner. That one seems fun. But as an actual artist, how much can you really draw on the DS' screen?
well there has to be atleast one drawing program since i got one in japaneese, its basically famous paintings and u get some lines and can draw over it and blend colors and yadayada and get scored, i think it was supposed to be translated but i dunno how that worked, i had the game for long, heres an adress for it:
