warioware and red steel. they are awesome no matter what anyone says. i havent had as much fun (with a shooter) with redsteel since goldeneye. However it is a love it or hate it game. I personally love it. I think if everyone played it first without reading the reviews they would actually like the game.
trauma center is very good. wario ware is worth purchasing if you have friends to play with a lot but if you are more of a single player person, it's not worth it (in my opinion). With that in mind I would say if you like side scrolling shooters, metal slug is very good. I purchased rayman, just because of how funny it looked, but I personally wouldn't call it a must have either. There are new games coming out soon like sonic and ssx blur which look pretty promising, if you can wait it out til then it might be a good idea.
There pretty much is no MUST HAVES right now other than Zelda (unless your trying to build a collection.) Two must haves coming up are Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Super Mario Sunshine. Also, if your a pokemon fan, Pokemon Battle Revolution.

godfather (coming out this month) and sonic (coming out like in a week or so) and games right now redsteel and w8 for sonic or godfather redsteel should be a good game to keep u playing for a while til sonic or godfather comes well thats wat iam doing
