I want to say I am shocked, but for some reason it doesn't surprise me. It surprises me it is rape and with a minor, but not a surprise it is another run-in with the law.
He is being charged with 3rd degree rape........this is the official name for statutory rape which means it doesnt matter if you think the girl is older or she gives consent ........if you had sex with her ....you are guilty. All thats going on now is legal wrangling by his atty and prosecutor. Even Perry Mason wouldnt take this case.
It's not looking good for LT, but I will refrain from judgement until he is proven guilty.

If he's not proven guilty in court, it doesn't mean he's not guilty, and doesn't mean people can't still think he's guilty. But I agree, I'll wait until I hear more about the case. Then again, I don't care much about L.T. anyway, I have a hard enough time keeping track of Big Ben's sexual mis-deeds.

Only thing LaDanian Tomlinson does close to breaking the law is criticizing Bill Belichick and the Patriots when he can, other than that, model citizen (the very little we know)
