First Ipad (3rd gen) is white, I thought about which one to get for at least a couple of days... Most people say black is better for movies/games because it blends in and white is better for browsers/books and better outside (heats up less). In the end I decided it was to close to call and went with the white because I thought it looked better.
Just got the new iPad. It's black. Doesn't show dirt. I asked if I could pay extra for a different, personalised colour. I seemed to have offended the man because he gave me a look that just spoke the words, 'Different colour? Is black or white not good enough for you? You think because you are paying nearly a grand that you get to ask questions, you little turd?!" I got scared then handed him my credit card. That cheered him up. It got me wondering: do you think he is just working at Apple for the money? That can't be right...
Mines black.. with a pretty hideous grey cover that realllly didn't look that light in the pic on the site but meh nevermind i take it off when im using it anyway.
White. It is more neutral than the black when sowing artwork. Having a large thick black border at all times is no good. Plus, with white, you can really have any color you like. A muted white/grey would have been best though
