It's in beta right now and you can only get in if you're invited. Who's excited for this?

have been wanting this for a while. nothing more annoying then having to get off the xbox and load the PC just to check if the boys are online and ready for killing floor. now i can just use my sony tablet.
So I can play TF2 on my phone now, right? No?! awww :(flipin_jackass
give steam a while longer and maybe they will give us a "onLive" style experience, with games streaming to ur device.
I'll have to wait for an invite, but from what I've seen so far, it's fairly one-dimensional right now. The only benefit appears to be able to buy stuff while on the go, that's pretty much it. Could it have great potential for pushing mobile gaming on the Android platform? Sure, but that seems way down the road, as in years from now.
Nothing really special about it, will wait till they introduce mobile gaming before i get interested.mystic_knightthis, rather than that I really don't see the purpose of this app, but yet again, nice job from the developers bringing this app to Android/iOS phones
There was an update put out yesterday even for those who installed it but weren't invited into the beta. After updating the Steam app I was able to login.
The app is good but there's still a lot of room for improvement. I'm trying to get my friends to download it to run some tests.ForsakenWicked
Ya, I tested the chat with my buddy. It was cool seeing his responses come up on my phone and my PC the same time; however, it didn't transfer my responses. Intentional or bug, I don't know.
