Tegra and ARM's mobile cpu's have been laid out in benchmarks preformed by AT&T. the qualcomm snapdragon has done the deed beating BOTH tegra 3 and arm's mobile cpu lineups by DOUBLE if not more. the first phone to make use of qualcomm's snapdragon is the HTC ONE X

The exynos should be slightly more than the snapdragon, from rumours the exynos is a dual core 2ghz a15 architecture at 32nm The GPU should be a higher class GPU than the adreno though, so it should be the best SoC around. :P Unfortunately Samsung make the phones with poor quality builds, its a shame really, id rather not sacrifice build quality for weight. And anyway, the tegra 3 in the phone will be a different version to that in the tablet so we really havent got true benchmark scores of the s4 vs tegra 3, the best test will be the one x vs one xl

Snapdragon, tegra, exynos, Apple A#, OMAP and anything else you commonly see is based on ARM technology. You might want to fix that

I'm not exactly sure when the new Exynos comes out, but Krait + Adreno 3xx comes Q3.

The Snapdragon S4 is awesome.

I believe the S4 uses dual ARM A15 cores while the Tegra 3 uses quad ARM A9 cores.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Qualcomm's S4 (Krait) is not ARM's A15.

Krait is Qualcomms SoC ARM is exynos and TI SoC.

They will be comparable in any sense since they use a15 architecture.

Qualcomm uses ARMv7 instruction set, and is almost identical to the A15 cpu. Previous snapdragons used A8/A9 chips.
