Leaked: Huawei Mate 10 Pro

Huawei's event is only a couple weeks away, but their flagship Mate 10 Pro was just leaked by @evleaks (Evan Blass).

Known hardware specifications:

• 5.99 inch 2880x1440 display (2:1 aspect ratio)
• Huawei Kirin 970
• 6 GB RAM
• 64 GB or 128 GB storage
• Rear 12 MP and 20 MP cameras
• Front 8 MP camera

While the CPU and GPU of the Kirin 970 might not seem anything out of the ordinary, the addition of a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) with 1.92 TFLOPS (FP16) of performance is definitely worth noting. AI is something Huawei is planning to leverage as a highlight feature of their new flagship phones.

Huawei's official event is on October 16th and will reveal a number of other new smartphones alongside the Mate 10 Pro.

Yeah, I want to see more about the 970. The Leica badge on the back is also pretty sexy, so we'll see how that does. The rest is pretty standard.
