So I got a Nokia Lumia 1020 which runs Windows 8.1 and it's my first time switching from Android since 2010. Alas, I don't know if many games from Android are on WP8. So can anyone list popular multiplats AND exclusives?

Thanks

Hi there! I have the same Nokia, but I have never really enjoyed gaming on it! I prefer playing on my iPad and lately I have been into a numbers game called Numbs; https://itunes.apple.com/app/id674456722 and it has really kept me busy. If you have an Android device, you can also check it out on the play.google.com store, but there is no Windows 8.1 version yet. However, you can always check http://en.softanic.com/s/windows-8.1-mobile:windows-phone-7 for titles that you might find suitable for your phone! I downloaded GTA San Andreas by rockstargames.com from this site and it was surprisingly the only game that I’ve enjoyed on my Nokia! Happy gaming!

I too, have switched from Android to Windows Phone. Although I don't have 8.1 yet as I am waiting for the official update. So far I enjoyed playing Rayman Jungle Run, Tetris Blitz, Salvage, and Mirror's Edge.

Also, don't forget to register your new phone with the Gift voucher app in the Nokia Collection! You get a free $25 gift card for the Windows Store that can work with both Windows Stores in the Desktop and Phone stores as well as the Xbox Store.

I have tried using iOS and Android and thinking if I will buy a windows phone

specs are great but I'm thinking twice because of the apps.

Don't let the lack of Apps fool you. There are plenty of good Apps in the Windows Store, plus their are Android/iOS developers making their way to make apps for the Windows Store. MS has done a great job building a better reputation towards their App developers compared to their time on WP 7

@FireEmblem_Man: yes I do hope that devs make apps on WP and will definitely buy one :)

Windows Phones have the poorest developer and carrier support.

Naturally, there aren't as many quality games available.
