So where's the huge Rockstar announcement today?

O.k., there was supposed to be a huge announcement today regarding GTA V and so far I haven't seen anything. Was it the free dlc content? Because we knew about that over a week ago. This 'announcement" was from a Gamespot article a few days ago.

I cannot recall hearing or reading anything about an announcement today.
