I'm not really sure, because I haven't tried all 7 that came with the "Anthology" for the Wii. It seems that 6 is the sharpest, but what do you think?

Does anthology contain all metal slug games and if not are you missing anything important if you just but that and ignore the rest?

The PS2 version of Anthology is the best. The Wii version suffers from motion based controls and improper emulation of some of the games. I'd suggest avoiding the Wii version if you have a choice between that and the PS2 version.

I just got the Wii, so I bought it for the Wii, eventhough I have a PS2. :( I'm just trying to get more games for the Wii than just having Mario Party 8. :)

The anthology has all the Arcade metal slugs, which is 7 (1, 2 , X , 3, 4, 5, 6) It does not include the portable versions or the 3D one for the PS2.

Metal Slug 3 is my fav

The GBA version, Metal Slug Advance is actuallya original game in the series that was exclusive to the GBA with whole new levels and characters.

It's not my favorite but just a little tidbit to Metal Slug fans who played all the versions who want something new.
