Where is the page for GOTY?

I went to the best of 2007 and it only shows the nominees for GOTY, it doesnt show a winner than GS picked, only the reader's choice winner.

no thats not it, theres no envelope with editor's choice.

all it has is the nominees then the winner of the reader's choice.

can someone link me? this is ridiculous ive never had this problem in previous years.
