He wouldn't sabotage his game to get back at Konami somehow because it would screw over the fans as well and that certainly wouldn't endear him to anyone on his future endeavours.
Hideo Kojima is of Samurai-descent and subsequently follows a strict code of honor, the first rule of which is to respect and obey your master/ lord no matter what.
Hideo is leaving Konami..means he doesn't have to worry about Metal Gear anymore....im worried what if he sabotages MGS V to get back at Konami

Well like I said before he's not going to screw over fans trying to "get back" at Konami, hell he might not even be all that upset with them anyway.

Theres no developer out there that wants to make a bad game on purpose. Even with that in mind, he has a reputation to maintain and that has a lot of value. Think of, say, Peter Molyneux. Nobody wants their name to be dragged into the mud like it has for him. Deliberately sabotaging a game is just asking for trouble.
Metal Gear is Kojima's work, a reflection of his dedication and ethic. He wouldn't willingly mar it to spite Konami, and in doing so piss off legions of fans and damage his reputation. Him leaving Konami says and does enough, and we don't even know the specific circumstances of his departure. Plus the fact Konami would more than likely enact litigation against him and his studio of which he would lose hard.

I think you are a so far out there that i even wonder why i bothered responding.
Of course Kojima won't sabotage his own game, because no matter what this is his not Konami, Konami just happened to be lucky enough to employ the guy.
