I know there are a lot of topics like this, but I like hearing and sharing stories -.-

In Majoras Mask, that guy that gives you Kamaros mask scared me. I mean, he's just this pale dead looking guy, who appears out of nowhere dancing ontop of this mushroom thing. Ugh, when it comes to Majorask Mask, the list could go on, but I'm gonna let you guys talk :D
In Link's awakening, Link is in an island which is a dream. So all the people, animals and demons are all part of a dream. For Link to escape the island, he has to wake up the Wind Fish but on doing so, the dream will end and everything on the island will disappear. This made Link to me, a villain in this game. I remember the final boss pleading with Link to not wake up the Wind Fish. I really like some of the characters and really didn't want to wipe them out from existence...
So that would be the moment I was scared of. Trying to finish the game :(

Seeing Link as a train-conductor. That was some scary crap, so much so I sold it.

Wanna hear something funny? When I was replaying the game after 5 years, I forgot about the lens of truth..so I had to go through the Shadow temple for six hours, trying to find my way without the lens. Then I finally came to a point where the level was just inaccessable without the lens, and so I had to go ALL THE WAY BACK, and do the quest to get the eye of lens..Worst part? I only had three hearts -.-. So I had to keep replaying it over and over

Either going to the royal tomb in OoT with the green water and the Re-deads, fighting the Dead Hand in OoT, or seeing the Re-dead float out of its coffin in the well in OoT

Something about the second to last boss in Zelda II gets under my skin, it's the combination of the music and the boss itself.

Shadow Temple and the Well in OoT. Being 9 years old and going up against the Redeads...scared the crap out of me.

Probably the Shadow Temple and Bottom of the Well. The Well is especially scary when you consider that this was a guy's house (He practiced torutre?!) and the town gets their drinking water from it. Some crazy crap must have gone down to make it the way it was.

Also, the part in TP with the cutscene of Ilia and Shadow Link is kind of creepy.

Also, Ikana Canyon in MM just has a very creepy atmosphere.

A. THAT cutscene in Twilight Princess (one of the few Zelda moments that made me jump in terror)

B. Redeads. From Wind Waker. As a kid, walking through a hall of coffins is especially scary, knowing that any one of those coffins could hold a ReDead. That scream... oh god...

I took extra precautions. I would bomb EVERY. SINGLE. COFFIN. in the entire temple before getting close. They didn't know what hit 'em.

The fact that the game was over, when I completed wind waker.

No, not really, that shocked me, because it was so fun, but I was scared at the "mirror" thing in twilight princess, I may have not gotten that far yet, but that bloody thing scared me to death when I watched that video.

If it involved a ReDead, I was uncomfortable.

TBH 'scared' and 'Zelda' are two words that I have never associated with one another before this thread

In Oot, after you see how the future would turn out without you. Also the shadow temple was frustrating as well as haunting.

That was more like surreal for me, along with the whole beggining. I thought it was creepy the way Link transformed with the masks, especially Zora. He looked like a vampire.

The Fire Temple.

When you're 8 and playing through a volcano with this music in the background can be incredibly unnerving

Also in the Twilight Realm when you have to get those....light spheres and that hand comes after you. Zants Hands I think they're called - always freaked me out. The music and the way you know it's coming but you can't stop and look or it'll catch up is just...ugh.

I never really understood why, but in OoT when you enter the Temple of Earth and the hall is all twisted, just kinda weirded me out. Also the claws.... oh god the claws...
