My family has been trying to track this game down for years now. I will do my best to describe what I remember below (but do not rely on full accuracy as I was a very young child). My family called it "BB Bounce", but this was just a nick name - I don't know if has any attachment(sound, letters, etc) to the games actual name.
1. Its a DOS game - or at least an old Windows Operating System.
2. Your 'character' is a blue marble/ball.
3. You move your character around a maze, from memory made from bricks.
4. You collect items (possibly a certain number of items allows you to pass to the next level). From memory they were pictures of food like bananas, etc.
5. Some levels there are other marbles/balls, generally a black one, that would bounce around the maze and occasionally hit your ball, making your ball fly off in random directions.
6. On second or higher levels there are guns/lasers attached to the wall, these hurt/kill you when you hit them.
7. There are black holes, which from memory send you to different areas of the maze (often areas you can only reach through the black hole).
8. When you start the game and get the menu screen, from memory it had a neon sign (with possible bowling pins in background) as well as a brick wall.
9. To finish the level I think you had to go down into a hole such as a golf hole - unsure of this but I'm pretty sure you had to unlock it by collecting items.
