What games this generation still look cross gen?

For me it's Watch Dogs 2 the original WDS was a cross gen game and I really don't see any graphical improvements in the sequel at all. What other games to you look like their still stuck in cross gen graphics?

Yeah, that looks horrid it almost reminds of a PS1 cutscene not joking.

Oh ya mean all Call of Duty games at one point?

I'd say GTA V looks like one. Besides the slight bump in texture quality and added first-person camera-view... there's not much else between the two gens. Even on the PS4 Pro and One X... nothing really was enhanced for those systems. It's still is running at the same 30 FPS.
