Neverwinter Nights - 2002

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - 2002

Dragon Age Origin - 2009

Not including multiplayer focused games. . Devil May Cry 3 and Resident Evil Remake likely take the top spots throughout my time as a gamer surpassing 100 playthroughs. But if I like a game it's common to have completed it 5 times at least lol.

Gotta love replay-value.

I'm constantly playing Gran Turismo 6, then when it gets later at night I'll play different very long open RPG games. Right now I have dug Oblivion out and playing it for about the 4th time, I average around 550 hours per play. I'll also replay Skyrim, Fallout 3 and New Vegas. When I want faster game play I'll usually play one of the CoD MW series, sometimes one of the Black Ops or even Ghosts. I have also played Resistance 2 and 3 as well as Killzone 2 and 3 to death. I can't count how many times I have beaten each one of those. But the most played definitely goes to Skyrim, easily topping 2500 hours. 2nd either Oblivion or Fallout 3 with at least 2000 hours each.

I probably played MGS4 upwards of 30 times collecting all the emblems and just messing around the game within a few months within its release. Same with the original MGS.

Killzone 2 as well back when I was completionist with the briefcases/emblems/Medals, etc.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 I have 700 hours in playing online and arcade battle, etc.

Chrono Trigger back in the day when I was maxing everyone out with tabs and beating it at various points in the game for its multiple endings (probably 30+ times as well)

Honorable Mentions (Played multiple times as well but not as much as those above)

Final Fantasy 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12

Xenogears

Odin Sphere

MGS3

I do replay the first one. I have two solders that have very different roles in the game play. I have no plan to replay Mass Effect 2 because there just to many thing I do not like. If I do replay Mass Effect 3 then I will stop before the ends right before the character charge at the reaper on Earth since that is where the story just ruins all of the games. It also the game that made me lose any remaining respect for Bioware (not EA) with how they dealt with the outcry.

Shinobi, Stider and old Capcom/Sega side scrolling beat-em-ups like Final Fight, AvP, Golden Axe, and the recently re-released Dungeons and Dragons side scrollers.

As for more modern games, pretty much the entire Arkham series has been like this for me. Right after beating one of these I almost immediately go back to beat it again. I've done Asylum at least 3 times, City 2-3 times, halfway through an Origins replay and just started Knight's New Game +. The precense of a decent NG+ mode is a big factor here.

@jun_aka_pekto: What system(s) do you play Quake 2 on? I have it on PC, but I prefer sticking to consoles as much as possible. I checked out the otherwise excellent PS1 version. I got to configure the controls, but the inability to configure joystick sensitivity made me give up eventually. I got me the X360 version recently that came with Quake 4. This one was greatly approved of, as I understand. Can't seem to install it on the hard drive, though.
