What games do you think are secretly in development?

Just curious to your opinions. Im usually pretty good with predictions. Im just specualting here. Im not going to get into the reasoning behind these predictions as it would be too much reading.

I bet as we speak Bethesda is at their desks looking at Fallout 4. I would also think Rockstar is behind their desks building a sequel to Red Dead Redemption.

I think Remedy has already been building Alan Wake 2 for the next XBOX. I wouldnt be surpised if Naughty Dog was building a new Uncharted game for the PS4.

I would factor in a new spit on the Mass Effect grave, maybe a multiplayer-only shooter.Black_Knight_00

We know they're going to continue on with the Mass Effect universe in the future, they just finished development of ME3 not too long ago, so i would be willing to bet they are starting production on a new ME game or trilogy of some sort for the next generation hardware.

I imagine they've already begun work on the first few Nissan Skylines for Gran Turismo 6.

Mirror's Edge 2 might be in development, as well as Eternal Darkness 2, though Silicon Knights hinted at a sequel.

I always wish that a new Legacy of Kain is in development, 9 years of no info :(

How would another Red dead game even work? With the ending an all. And probabl Assassians Creed IV and Bully 2.

Well, there's that Zampella/Respawn game that's yet to be announced. Can only guess on what it is. A spiritual successor to CoD maybe. Who knows.

Otherwise, my money's on Half-Life 3.

Agree with an Earlier post KOTOR 3 (although Bioware did say TOR would be KOTOR 3,4 and 5).

A proper Gothic 4 since Piranha Bytes does have the rights again to the Gothic series.

Fallout 4, not so sure, maybe a different title but not 4. Just wish they pick a different country next one. How about being a Chinese guy? And seeing the devastation caused on the Chinese side, could see some funky mutants from there :P

Its a next gen title for sure. This game industry is a predictable one. All you have to do is look at any facts we know in order to make accurate predictions. I can tell you without a doubt Fallout 4 will be a next gen title. Just look at this.

They had already stated they were originally going to make Skyrim for next generation but then thought they could still do more on current hardware, & next generation wasnt any where near happening yet. We also know they will switch between Fallout & the ES series.

Now Bethesdas games take any where from 3 to 5 years to craft. Now this team has been building games for years now, they are very effecient now. Skyrim was miraculously able to be built in 3 years time. Impressive.

Their last game was released november 2011 so the earliest you could see a new title would be Novemeber 2014. Wait.... we're not done. This is right after the next gen consoles start releasing. That right there tells us they will likely just build it for the next gen console ( just as they did with ES4 ), especially considering these console are maxed out.

Now then take into account an extra year needed to not only build a bigger game, but the extra time needed to build a game for next gen hardware & you have Novemember 2015. The game will likely release just under 3 & a half years from now on 720, PS4 & PC.

Some things are easy to predict as the facts are right here for us to analyze.

Thats an easy prediction. I can say without a doubt IW is in their offices crafting another COD as we speak. As soon as BO2 releases Treyarch will then start on another COD immediately. This cycle will continue for many years.

Maybe wishful thinking, but I hope another Manhunt game, thats non edited, is in development.

It probably isn't, but I really hope it is. I loved Mirror's Edge to bits. Brilliant game.

Fallout 4 and Killzone 4.

Fallout 4 would be a next gen. Take a look at Oblivion. It came out on the next gen (the 360) in 2006, not long after the console release. We already got Skyrim which will be the final Bethesda game for this gen. I predict Fallout 4 would be the first Bethesda game for the next console. I cannot freaking wait!

Until Sony/MS start releasing (A) games on their consoles I doubt it. The first one was genius IMO. A bit of a on trick pony, but that one trick it did so well. The voice acting and atmosphere were superb. Manhunt 2.........even if the kills weren't edited it still would have been a mess. The AI was ridiculous (yes, even compared the MH1) and combat was unbalanced (why use stealth kills when you can just stunlock an enemy to death). It just had that stinking odor of a rushed to the market game. Ugh.

I'm not asking for pornography when I ask for (A) games on consoles, just more of the old ultraviolence.

I have the first Manhunt on PC and I found a website that sells Manhunt 2 (unedited version) for the PC. The first Manhunt was a one trick pony, as you say, and it did do it right. And I do agree the second one, I had it for the PSP, lost some of its mojo that made the first one fun.

I think a Manhunt, even if its for PC only, using this generation of technology, would be awesome and fun! But your right, aslong as Sony and M$ restrict A rated games, I don't think a new one will come out.

I never speculate on what games might come out. I like to be surprised.

Also i dont get the whole idea of hoping for a game to come out, its like with Half-life 3, everyone is expecting a 3 but Valve is keeping quite so why even speculate about a third installment, its just building up hope which easyly can turn out as another duke Nukem.

So nah i will just wait until its released and then be happly suprised :D
