What do you need to make a blockbuster membership card. Can I get a blockbuster rental card and be able to rent games with just a learners permit? My last driving test didn't go so well so I have to wait for my next appointment but until then I really want to go to blockbuster and rent some movies/games.
Pretty much everywhere requires a credit card so so that if you don't return something, they can still charge you for it. They may ask for additional ID, which could be any of several things.
No, thats not certain. If you have an ID, your over 18, and you have a utility bill with a matching name and address of your ID, you can apply for a membership. Thats back in 1999 when I didn't have a debit/credit card...Blockbuster might have changed there policy.
