What Classic Compilations Do You Want to See Made?

In the past, compilations used to be a collection of crappy shovelware. Over the last few years, though,we've seen some great compilations come out such as: Sonic Collection, Genesis Collection, Capcom Collection, Megaman Anniversary,and others. What hasn't come out yet that you want to see collected?

For me, I want to see more Nintendo compilations coming out. We've seen the Zelda Collector's Edition, that was great! Let's see some more similar stuff Nintendo! I want to see the Mario Bros. Collection, the Metroid Collection, the NES Collection, the SNES Collection, and the N64 Collection. How about aTMNT anda Contra Collection to top it off?

I was thinking about this the other day on how awesome a Square compilation would be with titles released on the NES and SNES.

I would say a PROPER Sonic compilation. Not this spread out crud!

They have made about 5 "Sonic-ish" compilations so **far from what I can remember**.

There is:

Sonic Gems (ps2, gamecube, xbox) Sonic CD, Spinball, (less common sonic games)

Sonic Mega Collection plus (ps2, gamecube, xbox, pc) Sonic 1,2,3, knuckles (more common games)

Sega Mega Drive Collection (ps2,psp) (sonic 1, ???)

Sonic and Sega collection (ps3/360) sonic 1,2,3,knuckles,???)

Sonic Collection (PC) Sonic riders, sonic heroes, adventure dx, mega collection plus

NONE of them have ALL the Sonic games on them. Its is absolutely rediculous!

I would love an Arcade Fighters collection or something to that effect -- but alas, it cannot be.

I was just browsing though the titles of threads on this board and came up with a franchise that needs to be compiled. Donkey Kong! Nintendo could easily take ALL of the DK games and put them into ONE disc. (From NES to N64 and GC, easy). I won't hold my breath for Nintendo to do that though.

Final Fantasy Collection HD ( 1- 12 ) - all remastered, and it would come out to celebrate the release of ff13

Strider Collection ( I've never played them before so I don't know what ones would go in the collection but I heard theyre life changing platformers :P )

Jak Collection ( 1-3, and Daxter and Jak X, on the PsP :P )

Golden Sun Collection ( 1,2 and 3 )

Zelda collection ( too many to list )

Prince Of Persia Collection ( 1,2,3, Prince Of Persia on PS3 )

I wouldn't mind seeing a Castlevania collection of some sort.

all the mario karts on one disc with upgraded graphics-excluding wii version since you cant upgrade whats already done lol

and i believe nintendos done a zelda collection for the nintendo gamecube which can be played on the wii plus the vc has every zelda besides wind waker and four swards both that can be played on a wii why are people just naming useless compilations

in fact all of those games some one just listed- on the wii besides the handheld games such as mario land i wouldnt mind them

another good compilation i would not mind remade

-all the rainbow six games made -including a brand new one lol

- gta 3-san andreas for wii-i noticed a double pack was planned for gc but it got canned , so ya id like that classic controller would workand to change the stations -wiimote in conjunction or just going ot the pause since wii doesnt have clickerso n the sticks,

the 2 buttons like the map /pause or the useless buttons would be erelaced on the wii by either button combos -like left plus a to change radio station or what ever most useless function in the game lol , all the main functions wouldnt require any combos

This may not be the most "Classic" but I want to see a Team ICO Collection made for the PS3. It would include ICO and SOTC. The main reason I want to see this is so I can play Shadow Of The Colossus with an improved framerate. A Devil May Cry Collection would be very sweet as well.slimdave21
