Werewoolf open world game

What do you think could an open world werewolf game with some elements of rpgs work?

@necogamer: Zelda Twilight Princess is pretty open world and lets you change Link to a wolf. Beyond that, the Elder Scrolls games all have the ability to get infected by a wereworlf and they are all massive open world games, although the werewolf aspect is not a main part of the story in any of them (it's always something that can either happen randomly while exploring or as part of a side quest).

Sounds good - as an aside, I once played a forum based Werewolf game that worked out pretty well, dunno if such things are allowed on here though...
