Were there any new games announced at E3 this year with monster / alien / robot protagonists?

Geez, the majority of the stuff announced so far looks freakin' realer than real. Old people could easily mistake the trailers for live action movies.

But are there any new titles with player characters that don't look human? Preferably not from a past popular series?

Not that I can think of unless you count the androids in Detroit: Become Human. There's also a smaller game called Vampyr in which you're a vampire of course.

Interesting question though, I can hardly think of any games where you don't play as a human. I'm sure there's plenty but I'm having a hard time coming up with one.
