Top 10 Best First Person Shooting Games

Good day dear fellow members. I am looking suggestions on best first shooting games which I will be going to add in my next blog post. I will be going to add games which will recommend by most of the users from this forums which I believe our audience will also appreciate. So guys share the best fps games.

The only recent fps game that I like and have is rainbow six siege.

there's nothing for me that recently stands out except for dying light, though i know theres going to be a lot who say doom

Even though F.E.A.R. is 13 years old there is nothing that has topped it in terms of amazing firefights.

Did Ghost get an alt?

I never finished FPS game. The only First Person Game I've finished and liked, which isn't shooter, but a Hack and Slash is Red Steel 2 for the Wii. It is also my favourite game on the Wii.

Not really the biggest FPS fan, I've enjoyed online Multiplayer FPSs- Quake, Unreal, and Team Fortress.

Likewise with Single-Player- S.T.A.L.K.E.R, D00M, and Halo.

But to pick ten isn't something I could do admittedly, I just don't enjoy the genre as much as others.

Factor in the six above, and add Bioshock is what I would call quality game franchises from personal experience.

Very subjective and dependent on individual taste. I can't be bothered to rank them. But, I can enumerate 10 that I like. I also quit MP back in 2009. So, all on my list are for SP only.

• Far Cry 5
• Far Cry 4
• Far Cry 3
• STALKER: Call of Pripyat - I treat it more like an RPG because it requires more micromanagement than the typical FPS game.
• Doom 2016
• GTA V
• Crysis
• Warhead
• Hard Reset Bioshock
• Metro Last Light

If there was an 11th, Hard Reset would be it. Oh. I also didn't count the early FPS games.

The only FPS game that I care about is Goldeneye 007 on the N64. Over 20 years later and it still has not been topped in my opinion.

Great list, but come on. .

Deus Ex isn't a FPS. Neither is System Shock 2. They're hybrids and falling more on the RPG side. I would compare them genre-wise to Fallout 3/4, but that would be a disgrace to the two superior games mentioned above.

I dunno why people nominate bioshock. It had a great story sure but the fps mechanics was pretty clunky
