Poll The Womans, a Trojen Horse? (4 votes)

Yes, this is fake bullshit 75%
No, this is real, actualy real reality 25%

My friends, currently, it seems the media is a buzz with the lack of females in Assassins Creed, Far Cry 4 and even Rainbow 6's female hostage.

Having thought about it, this seems like it could be a bullshit marketing tactic. We all remember Anita Sarkkeensian "tropes and something or another". The reaction this generated was through the roof.

We all know the line of "any publicity is good publicity". Do you suspect this is essentially a planted Trojan horse deliberately designed to draw attention to Ubisoft titles?

No, just further proof of society's demise at the hands of tumblr.

I think with the increasing number of real women gamers, it's becoming an even bigger issue. I want a bigger presence of women actually. It's mostly been a sausage fest for too long.

In my opinion, it is idiotic and dumb to think that they did on purpose to get attention. Liberation had a female protagonist. Many of the games included characters that were female assassins and they, in some cases, had more personality than the main character.
