Yes that and everything else that involves copyright so that includes songs, movies etc etc. I can't believe this ridiculousness, the consequences would be massive. I'm not that familiar with the US law system so I'm not sure if theres even a reasonable chance this could succeed, let's hope not.

1. This law won't be passed.

2. This law won't be enforced.

3. Guess what else is illegal on Youtube? Most music. How often is that taken down? How long does it take till another video is put back up?

4. Developers can put in a special clause to the TOS specifically to allow posting videos of their games.

Adult porn is ok..Yet downloading games isnt..How backwords is this country jeesh...They are taking things stupidly lately in my own country..What happen to freedom you can do what you want..Guess thats out the door..A lady can spill hot coffee on her an win millions thanks to one dumb judge now its video games..They need to get over themselfs on this..Leave games alone..
