Can you list as many RPGs that has branching storyline and numerous dialogue choices? I know Baldur's Gate series, Planescape, Dragon Age series, and The Witcher series have this format. I need to know what other RPGs have choices with consequences. I would appreciate if you could list more older RPGs from mid 80s to late 90s.

Why no JRPGs? I can think of quite a lot of JRPGs with dialogue choices from the 80s and 90s (i.e. series such as Megami Tensei, SaGa, Metal Max, etc.) but can't think of many WRPGs with dialogue choices from that era.

Star Wars Knight of the Old Republic. It was released in 2003 for Xbox and PC. Just played it recently and I had a blast. Dialog choices in this game are good. And also using Jedi mind tricks on dialog is cool. Choices you make will pretty much lead you to become Dark side or Light side.

Some good examples include
The Gothic series (except for the 4th one);
every single BioWare game (The main franchises include Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Star Wars KOTOR , and Baldur's Gate) ;
Mount and Blade (has some RPG elements, but it's very nonlinear) ;
Arcanum: of Steamworks and Magick obscura , and of course, the Fallout series.
