Can you tell me game that is like Sims.

But role playing.

I dont like family simulations its too boring for me.

So help me.

I need game that is role playing and similiar to Sims.

Playboy the Mansion PS2 version. If you play it on your PC with the PCSX2 emulator it'll look really good, and the game is almost exactly the same as the Sims except instead of a family, you are filling your house playboy bunnies. Its no more an RPG then the Sims though.

And you don't have to poop or wash your hands in this game either.

Diablo and its clones. Minecraft. Don't starve. Two worlds 2. Starbound. Terraria. Project Zomboid. Kenshi.

Maybe Terraria? You can build homes for inhabitants, and it has rpg elements. Probably the closest youre gonna get to that specific type.

What system (s) do you have?

Skyrim

The Fable franchise could possibly serve your needs.

Rust is another good one.

Skyrim is the closest match, it's action role play and you can spend most your time messing with townsfolk and exploring villages.
