Pretty straight forward,

What game systems have you sold in the past?

and the reason you sold it? ex. needed money, no room, didnt play ect.

do you have any systems that you plan on selling in the future

Never sold a system before, other than to trade in a half broken PS2 for a PSTwo. I'd just regret it, and you get jack **bleep** for selling one anyway.

I had a GameCube and Xbox. I had the GameCube first, but I only had two games for it. I had many games for the Xbox, though, due to it being a gift to me. So I sold off the GameCube.

I'm pretty sure I sold my PS2 when I got my Wii (or was it my DSLite? Gah...). I'm really kicking myself over selling now that current PS3s can no longer play PS2 games.

Sold my Gamecube when I bought a Wii. No reason to keep it since the Wii plays GC games.

Also sold my 360 since I never played it.

I sold my Nintendo 64 when the Gamecube came out so I could afford it.

I sold my Gamecube a few years later to buy an Xbox (nothing interesting was coming out on GC at the time)

I ended up buying another Gamecube when I heard about "The Legend of Zelda GC" in 2004

I sold my GBC and GBA to buy a DS

Sold my DS because I got bored of it.

Sold my second Gamecube after Nintendo delayed Zelda GC for years and then at the last minute announced it was coming out for Wii (helped me afford a Wii)

Sold my Xbox to help me afford an Xbox 360 in 2007

Sold my Wii about a year later because I realized it was a terrible console and there were maybe 5 decent games on the system.

A few months ago I sold my Xbox 360 to my friend and then used the money to help me afford a 360 Slim.

That brings us to the present day boys and girls.

I sold my N64 to get a Gamecube

traded in the Gamecube to get an Xbox

then I sold the Xbox to get a PS2

sold my PS2 to get Gamecube again to play Resident Evil 4 when it was released and I almost lost my mind when I found out that it was going to be released on PS2 with new features.

Now I own all last and current gen systems and I'm never going to sell them.

The only one I've ever sold was my Super NES because I hadn't played it in years and only had about 1 game for it anyway. It was an impulse buy at a time when I wasn't spending much time gaming.

Don't have any plans to sell anything else. I use my PS3 every day, every once in a great while I still use my PS2 (and it's currently serving as my DVD player in the bedroom). Still got my NES lol. Haven't used it in 15 years probably, but for what I'd get for it at a garage sale it wouldn't be worth the effort to dig it out of the basement.

That and I can sadly add even more: Sega 32X, Sega CD, TurboGrafx-16.

If I can go back and keep one system with all the games I had ever owned for it that would easily be the SNES.

I was young and naive once and sold my PS2 and all my games for it. It was the worst decision ever and I regret it to this day.

Yeah if I could go back and keep one system with all the games I had for it it would definitely be the SNES as well, that thing is a cIassic. I really wish I kept the Neo-Geo as well. I didn't have many games for it but it was a really cool system

I still have a PS2 with some games that I won't sell plus I don't plan on selling the systems I have now, 360, PS3, Wii, DSi XL, and 3DS. I've recently become a collector so I would just rather hang-on to the stuff I get plus these days with dlc, downloadable games, etc it's just easier to keep it all together on the one system.

i have only sold my PSP. nice gadget....crap at playing games. too many mistakes in its design. in the end i was only turning it on to check out system updates. game selection wasnt great either (it doesnt help that im not a fan of the likes of MGS...which i did try on the PSP but didnt like). i only liked dungeon siege and wipeout on it. i have kept an eye on games released on it since. do i regret my decision now? no. thankfully sony seem to have learned from the PSP...the NGP looks like a far more interesting bit of gaming kit.

I've recently sold my 360 because I never played it, there no exclusives on the horizon that appeal to me and my friends don't play much anymore either.

I sold my DSlite a while back because the L button stopped working and my warrenty had expired. I used the money to get a PSP. Which, I'm actually considering selling as well.

i've been tempted more than once to sell my wii, but i still have one. the wii's friend system, or 'WII CODE NUMBER' feature has always seemed limiting and crappy to me. needless to say, the games (especially if they aren't nintendo official) tend to blow. basically holding out for SS, and then i'm letting mine go

  • I sold my N64 because I was young & stupid.
  • I sold my PS1 because PS2 had backwards compatibility.
  • I sold my Xbox because of 360 BC.
  • I sold my GC because of Wii BC.
  • I sold my PS2 because of PS3 BC.
  • I rebought a PS2 because PS3 doesn't have BC.
  • I sold my Wii because the only game I was playing was Monster Hunter Tri
  • I sold my PS3 because there aren't any exclusives coming out in the next year that I'm really looking forward to & I wanted to rebuy a Wii
  • I rebought a Wii because I realised there where a lot of games I wanted to play, as well as GC & Virtual Console N64+SNES games.

I regret selling all my handhelds.

I sold my Gamecube because the Wii did the same thing so I wanted to get some credits towards something else. The only regret I have is not owning the actual Gamecube.

One of my good friends wanted an Xbox 360, so I sold all of my games, plus like-new Xbox with all the peripherals like official hdmi+audio dongle, wireless headset, extra controller, play and charge kit, for only $80. I wanted to give it to him for free but he kept throwing money at me saying he would disown me as a friend if I didn't take some cash for it. We settled on that $80 after I threatened him lol. That's what friends are for. He's happy and totally addicted to his Xbox now. haha I'm gonna buy another one in a couple of months only for Gears of War and LA Noire. I also have a PS3 which I've been keeping around for The Last Guardian, Uncharted 3, and some other games.
