Realistic PC survival game with good A.I?

Excluding State of Decay, that shit is terrible.

Well, State of Decay is a zombie game so I probably would have disqualified it based on your "realistic" requirement. Can you be more specific about what elements of survival games you like versus dislike?

Also, be warned. This is a somewhat newly popular genre, so where there are a lot of them they mostly seem to be in Early Access.
