Why have Gamespot changed the raating system, it is harder to rate a game....

If I want to give it 9.8 because its good but not enough i can't, i must give it 9.5 or 10

If its not enough to 10, but it is way better then 9.5 ....

It's screwd that way, and in reviews the same , we could rate the sound graphics, etc etc....

Why changing it?

The simpler a review system, the better. Gamespot's new system keeps the focus mainly on whether the game is good, great, excellent, or almost perfect. In the end it's all just subjective.

I know, I like the old system. The new one blows.

The new rating system sure can be confusing... especially when you have this:

First they say it isn't "perfect" and then when you go to the player review section:

Just do what I do, rate games based on how much you enjoyed them, not on how "good" they are.

Why doe's it matter if a game gets a 10 in a certain category? Seriously I never understood why people feel the need to care about it things like you are saying, the emblems they put in the pro' tells you if a game is a 10 in graphics or not, the main reason for the change was to give games like rock band, guiter hero and old school xbla and psn a chance to score higher then they would have with the older system, which took into account graphics..(which nobody cares about in a music game) I advise you to read the review policy if want to know more about why they changed it.
