does it make odd noises when it tries to open?. if so then open it up and take what ever is blocking it from moving and remove it. or it could be off its tracks so open it up and put it back on the rails. if its a slim then just force it open
that happened to me, have u been pushing it in with your hand? if so pry it open,dont worry it wont hurt it, adn when u want to make the disc tray go in press the blue button
