ps2 games wont work for my ps3 anymore for some reason.

80GB PS3,

I was playing ultimate spider-man last night, and before ps2 games worked. When I woke up the next day to play ultimate spider-man it wouldnt work, it would go into the game start flashing the HD indicator, the screen would blink once and nothing happens.

Please help,I dunno the problem, not enough GB or is it my TV(HDMI setting)?

OH and PS3 games work fine..

Have you tried other PS2 games; is it just spiderman? Try cleaning the disc off and seeing if there are any big scratches.

Perhaps its just one of the titles not compatible, try some other games as the above poster said.
