PS1 Double-Disc Jewel Case Games

What are some games that had this style of jewel case? I'm not talking about the fat double cases that were used for games like Resident Evil 2. I'm referring to the standard size cases that were used for games like Resident Evil 3 with Dino Crisis Demo, and Dino Crisis with Resident Evil 3 Demo.

These cases had clear, double-sided trays that could be lifted outwardly and would allow for a disc to be held in place on both sides of the tray. Again, I'd like to know some more games that utilized these cases, and/or where I can buy the cases or the trays.

The following link shows a similar type of case. The difference between this case and the one used by PlayStation is that the tray is hinged at the spine in the below link, whereas the tray is hinged on the opposite side for PS1 games. Basically, I will not buy these cases because the tray lifts in the opposite direction from the PS1 trays.
