Hi everyone!

I'm currently writing my dissertation on product placements in video games, that's like having real life products and adverts in-game. I just wanted to get some opinions on what you think. Such as do you want more or less product placements, do you like them or do you not like them, and do they work for you or not, and just a general debate about the topic.

Thanks a lot

P.S I'm new here ;)

Here are my personal answers:

1. I like them. Depending on the context of the game, real life products appearing in the game might make the game more immersive. Of course, it could be a disaster too. It's also a good way for indie devs to get funding without having to bow to the will of direct investors.

2. More product placement. Mostly because the games now don't have too many of them, but that will change very soon.

3. They do not work for me.
