I would say a 7 due to it’s general blandness and severe lack of content. Then raise that to an 8 based on all the shilling.

I was going to buy it anyway regardless what score or MC. I been a fan of the franchise since the beginning.

Was intended more on jest, as I've struggled to enjoy any entry from 343, they even messed up the remake of the original to an extent with various issues, and I've read they didn't bother addressing horrendous issues in the Master Chief Collection till years later.

I would love to be proven wrong but nothing 343 really does convinces me to think this time will be any different. I've given up believing in this developer. I for one didn't think the original Infinite demo looked 'that bad' but I do not hold hope for the complete package because 343 is not worth relying on.

343 burns a lot of money and resources with underwhelming results compared to Bungie, if 343 was not in-charge of Halo? they'd have been disbanded a long time ago.

In future Microsoft would be smart to give the IP to id Software.

It's gonna be in the 80s. To my knowledge, no game this year has broken the 90 mark, and I definitely don't see Halo Infinite being that game. There's gonna be a lot of criticism about it, that's for sure.

I'm expecting them to praise the campaign, but find faults with the multiplayer.

I wasn't really getting into the mp beta. That could be partly because the experience shoved all of the players into bite-sized multiplayer blocks, really good players included.

i preordered today 8\10 for me iam excited play it on my xsx

@GalvatronType_R: I expect a solid 7.5 to 8.0.

The multiplayer beta has provided insights into the general gameplay mechanics, and everything is pretty solid in that department.

My guess is we are getting something similar to Halo 5 Guardians : A solid campaign with very passable story.

Hopefully, i am proven wrong, but ultimately, if the campaign is fun to play, i can stomach a boring script.

I've played through Infinite's first three levels. I'm shocked at how good it is and how it harkens back to Bungie's original trilogy. Also, the native Dolby Atmos spatial audio is stupendous.

I thought it would disappoint but I'm wrong so far. A solid 9/10.
