Anyway, at this point, i just hope to whatever divine entity currently running the show that the game not rely too heavily on micro-transactions.
The game supposedly having some sort of social hub does not evoke trust, to be honest.
Then again, if time has shown us anything, it's that blizzard will make it's mistakes early on, and will likely correct them as patches and extra content is released.
I'm actually more wishing Lost Ark would've been released already but it would be nice if they've included all characters from previous games instead of selling them in DLCs.

From what I read Blizzard invited some press to see a presentation of what Diablo IV is suppose to be soon after the reveal trailers. And since we've had articles and inside information that they don't even have a playable build of Diablo IV and had quite a lot of staff changes.
It's basically going through what Anthem did, a marketing pitch based on lies.

That's unfortunate. Those mock-up gameplay videos look pretty good.

Well would imagine Blizzard will put in some work and funding to make it at least look close to the mock-up build they showed the public and press, but after the WarCraft III: Reforge and a multitude of other fiasco's, who knows really.
I hope for Diablo fans they get a decent game at the very least. Though fans of Blizzard should try and have realistic expectations based on the companies recent portfolio and actions.
Give players more control over character development like in Diablo I and II. Bring back skill trees and stat allocation. None of that skill rune shit.
