Pokemon GO! Catch 'em All

Greetings, aspiring Pokemon Masters! Like some of you (hopefully many) I have been bitten hard by the GO Bug. That being said, I'd like to go on this journey with the rest of you.

My experience so far:

Download game, log into Pokemon trainer account.

No gps signal. 15 minutes of waiting.

Got gps signal. Game crashes. Server down. Internet tells me to log into google account.

I log into google account and start over.

I get gps signal, but I lose it every 10 minutes and the game keeps going haywire.

Game tells me to go to a nearby location. PokeMart or something. It's on top of a frigging steep hill that I can't access from this side of my neighborhood.

Google servers crash.

I can't log in on either side, even after 3 hours.

I quit.

Kids walked into my yard today and waved their phones around, apparantly there was a Haunter in one of my windows according to their Pokemon Go app.

Guess you could say my house was indeed....Haunted.

Something about server issues

for the love of god watch out where you are going. We've had people wander in at my work where they shouldn't be going. Found one person about 20 feet from a 500 gallon bulk tank of sulfuric acid. We've told our security guards to watch out for people holding electronic devices while walking in a zombie-like stupor...

Just a small update.

It was kinda cute the first time kids came around and looked for a Haunter, now after four groups of kids have been walking into my Yard looking for Pokemon this weekend, It is getting a little irritating.

@Treflis: Tell them they dont have to walk in your yard, they can throw the Pokeball from the sidewalk.

Woah. Nintendo's value increased a lot all of a sudden.
