The fact that the original No More Heroes 1 is getting ported for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Move is just around the corner, it got me thinking, does this mean that we can expect to see more 3rd party Wii games getting ported for PS3? Clearly 3rd parties have a tough time selling their games on the Wii because of Nintendo's own games. What games from the Wii could we expect to see appearing on PS3? Or is the general quality of 3rd party games on Wii so low that you could not be bothered? Personally, I would like to see Dead Space Extraction, that game is great but it sold terribly on Wii, so it could be a good second chance for that game on a console with a more in-tune audience with that franchise.
We had a pretty good discussion of this over at thevgpress. I think for the Move it is inevitable that games like DSE, the RE on-rail shooters, HotD OK, Madworld will come over. Even games like Boom Blox, Cooking Mama etc... make sense to move over. If, and only if, enough gamers buy the Move though.
As to whether those games will also end up on Natal? Probably not.
yeah, i see the ps3 getting lots of wii ports now with the addition of move. the whole benefit of being a 3rd party developer is that you get to try to sell your game to the widest market available. it would seem silly for all of these 3rd publishers to overlook the ps move when its clearly modelled on the wii-mote/nunchuk. atleast we know future no more heroes ports wont be missing the outragious phallic gestures from the wii version.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Resident Evil shooters and Dead Space Extraction making their way onto the PS3 Move especially with beefed up graphics, trophy support, and perhaps even some kind of online features.
