What would you guys say where good to great games for the original Gameboy (besides the Pokemon RPG games), you know the old black and white games??

I want to know which games I should look for and Gamespot's only got like 5 official reviews and scores for these sorts of games.

Kirby's Dream Land, Kirby's Dream Land 2, and Kirby's Pinball. Awesome games, awesome franchise. The Super Mario Land games are pretty sweet too, including Wario Land. I really need to find those games. I'm sure they are around my house somewhere, haha. Some great old-school gaming right there. Brings back memories.

Yeh I remember Kirbys Dreamland and Super Mario Land from when I was younger I need to look into getting those ones. And thanks for the other sugestions guys I will try and get hold of those ones.

super mario land was my favourite and a game that i cant remember the name of but the wario one where you had to get like 8 special coins

Dragon Warrior Monsters. A really great monster fighter, similar to Pokemon. This was one of those GBC games that was made to be GB compatible.

Pokemon Pinball is for gbc but is backwards compatible, I spent loads of hours on that

Unfortunately I got Metroid 2 after I had played Super Metroid... so I didn't enjoy it so much myself. I know plenty of people that really enjoyed it though.

Oh, btw... Final Fantasy Legends I - III were great, and so was that Mega Man Extreme game that nobody played. >_>

i didnt know they made bonks for gameboy i thought it was only for turbo graphix, guess its true you learn something new everyday
