Need help finding old car game

I used to play this car game when I was like 9 or something, only things I remember about the game is that you would drive around in a city stunting on ramps and such, there was also these garages put around the map where you could go in and you could change the colour of your car, you would click the colour and the screen would go black and you'd hear a spraying noise, then the screen would come back and you would see your car driving out from the garage with the new colour painted on it.

Also, you could be wanted by the police and when you stunted you would get bonus points.

When were you 9? Would help knowing the era of gaming this was from.

Sounds like GTA to me. But it couldn't be that easy.

Sounds like GTA3/San Andrea / Vice City to me. I think even GTA4 had that feature.

The key is bonus points or bonus something for stunts when you are wanted.

That game made a bif deal about garages to get rid of wanted levs.

**GTA should return to the 1980's for GTA VI starring Trevor..

Who wouldn't want this aside from the weird 12 year odls too cool to play the story.

*EDIT~ Vice City wont be easy to return to..

I struggled when i returned to San Andreas 2 years ago.

Yeah, "when I was 9" doesn't help us because we don't know how old you are now. Just tell us approximately what year you think it was.

As for my guess, it sounds a bit like Burnout Paradise. The original version of that game came out in 2008 and the TC doesn't sound particularly old. It has also been re-released a few times over the years.
