Looking for Game with Marriage System

I'm looking for a game such as Harvest Moon, or Stardew Valley, that has some sort of Marriage system. I like the idea of being able to have friendships, and choosing someone to marry. Also, I prefer the game to not be combat based.

I'm looking for the game to be on either PC, PS4, or NDS.

The only ones I know of apart from Stardew Valley are The Sims and Skyrim. There's the option to get married in Dragon Age: Inquisition but it's a brief moment and doesn't impact the game in any way beyond a cutscene.

Okey so I got a game you might or might not like it but.

There's an mmorpg which might appeal to you, I think it'd be possible to do everything you could in harvest moon and not do anything related to combat at all, farming (or any other non combat medieval job) making friends (You'll even have a family). It's called Chronicles of Elyria and isn't really out yet but you might want to check it out.

Fire Emblem series- Awekining, and Fates. You can even have kids.
