Loadout shooter with customization and high ttk

I need to find a multiplayer shooter with smaller map and player size. Maybe 5v5 to 8v8 with ability to customize character like titanfall 2 or halo where we can color armor or chose gender and simple loadout customize like machine gun, rifile, etc.

No cod bs where you get 1mill guns and pieces.

Need something with higher ttk no camping or noob bs where every gun is 1 shot and shotguns are useless

Don't bring up overwatch its for pervs and kz sf has shitty controls and physics

ive been trying to find the same thing, i think dirty bomb matches these specifications but the game is dead because it stopped being developed
