@UpInFlames: Wasn't Sanctum 2 that TD/FPS hybrid? If so, I don't know how that made the list. my brother and I played it for one day and were both disgusted we'd spent money on it.

I actually prefer those, I came to gamespot to learn, and I found the best way to do that was through conflict, its good to put your ideas out there and have them challenged, thats how I learn.

Actually none of them Are bad. I just like arguing and it just doesn't work for list threads.

I know I should have played GTA V (while I'm still waiting for the PC edition), so perhaps there won't be one specific GOTY for me this year; however, I am sure to have Battlefield 4 and The Last Of Us on this year's list.
