Poll Is the Avengers game worth 30 dollars? (8 votes)
So I don't know a soul that bot this game, and from what I read it doesn't sound bad necessarily...it just didn't sound amazing.
Should I give it a go for 30 bucks, or wait until it's <20?

From what I've read it doesn't matter all that much you would like the game but rather the idea of playing as Marvel characters with friends. If the latter doesn't win your interest, and your friends are not going to buy-in the game doesn't seem worth it.
It has commonly been coined as the Anthem of 2020.
@RSM-HQ: right on, thanks for the opinion.
I got about 20 dollars worth of fun out of Anthem; in truth, I thought it had the foundations of a great game (what's not to like about playing Iron Man on the planet from Avatar?), it just did not build around or build up the community, nor provide any reason for people to stick around. I guess EA thought that loot alone keeps people playing.
Guess I'll wait for it to drop in price.

Well that's it the flying was pretty neat even if was questionably designed in the game that seems to not gel-well with the engine most the time. And any game can be somewhat fun if in a good party playing with others. I assume Marvel Avengers will have the same benefits and downsides.
War Hammer: Vermintide II was my last coop game. Which was recommended to me by @litchie earlier in 2020. An excellent game. Is a very fun game to play with bots or coop (though I recommend the latter).
Am curious how that Darktide game turns out now as well.
