I wanna buy Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition PC for a Christmas present.
My question is, is it worth it or not. ?
If this is the first of the EA Battlefronts (the 2015 game) and it is for PS4, then sure as long as it's 5 bucks or something. That game is dead on Xbox or PC though, so don't pay money for it on those systems.
If it's EA Battlefront 2, and you meant the Celebration Edition, it is worthwhile for the cool costumes and skins.
Your phrasing is confusing.
You start with "I wanna buy" so the answer is simple, buy it.
"Is it worth it" well the clear answer is 'no' based on any form of research (wouldn't know from first-hand experience. Seeing as I don't value EA highly, lootboxes (yuk), and not a Star War fan)
However, who cares. It's your choice and that's what matters. You can always regret it later if it stinks.
I'm a strong believer of at least trying things you want, even if they appear mediocre. Better than pondering what could have been.
No it is not.
Battlefront 2 might be worth up to 20 dollars for the pretty neat single-player, but the multiplayer is garbage (imo).
There are better, more relevant, higher-quality games to buy. This applies to both "new" Battlefront games.

So let me get this straight.
Battlefront 1 (2015) has no Single player because it's Multiplayer ONLY.
Also Multiplayer is dead because it has very few players to play with, right. ?
Battlefront 2 (2017) Single player is good, but Multiplayer sucks too. ?
It sucks because you didn't like it or because there are very few players to play with (again). ?
Am i saying it right. ?
Battlefront 2 has routinely been on sale for a fiver this past year. Lowest recorded price was $2,50. Might as well get that one while people are still playing it.
As in there aren't enough players to start a game in most game modes, including all DLC.
So in a nutshell, Battlefront 1 is like GTA IV Multiplayer. ?
And what about Battlefront 2, is it the same, few people to play with too. ?
Nah, Battlefront 2 is healthy right now. Recently it had almost as many players as it had near launch.

That is actually a minority opinion he is sharing with you. The single player for Battlefront 2 has been heavily criticized, but the multiplayer is still healthy and somewhat well supported. It is different from EA Battlefront 1 though, so a fan of the original game would probably not like the changes made in the sequel; but those changes were made because of criticisms of the original game, so more people will probably enjoy the sequel more.

That is correct, it is a minority opinion. I found it to be, lore-wise, a pretty enjoyable single-player. The characters were good, you fought "behind the scenes" at a lot of iconic battles and locations, and the visuals were just gorgeous. It was very much a specific, intimate experience when most of Star Wars is all about the grand cosmic scheme of things.
There's a lot of great multiplayer games out there, I just don't see why you'd bother with Battlefront 2; furthermore, it's a bit insulting to see the Star Wars license used on such a lackluster game.
With that said, it is much better than the first Battlefront reboot. I didn't dislike Battlefront 2 like I did Battlefront 1 (I retract my statement that it is "garbage", it's not), I just felt indifferent and unimpressed by it.
If you want a good and recent Star Wars game, get Fallen Order.
Not sure if EA Origin is on console (or if you are on PC @james47 but you can sign up for 10 bucks per month right now and play Fallen Order. And Battlefront 2. And Battlefront 1. And the other dozen or so Star Wars games they uploaded recently. And pretty much every other EA game.
For me, this game just brings relaxation: my favorite world, my favorite lightsabers and I CAN BE A CLONE, EMPIRE.. and all that) For me, the fun of the game is in this and although it has significant problems with online, both with players and with balance, I can't stop loving it. I still remember the first battlefront and these feelings from star war can not be transferred.
