Is South Park: Stick of Truth still on track to release this year?

With THQ closing, how will this impact the release of the game? I'm assuming a new publisher must be found.

Yep it's still scheduled for release, a different publisher will probably pick it up.

Yes, they said everything that was close to release will still be, and South Park is one of those. It's only the games that where in the early stages of development that have been effected.
