Playing at the hardest difficulty level games such as any of Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Battlefield, etc

In my case I won some of those games at the hardest difficullty level but I died many times before reaching the end of the game

Impossible. Those games always feature grenade spamming on Veteran. It’s the same thing with Division 2 and other shooters.

Yes mate. I remember when playing Call of Duty World at War, the enemy soldiers threw at me 5 or 6 granades at the same time

Look up a speedrun and see. Well I guess if they do die it might be intentional because it's faster.

i doubt it if the difficultys on the highest.

The AI is a instakill aimbot in a lot of these games as you increase the difficulty, especially in older games where the enemies don't behave realistically and always know where you are, even if your behind a wall and haven't been seen yet.

It's possible, but unlikely. Failing is part of the fun, so games are designed around the player dying every once in a while.
