If you could remake any game what would it be?

I m sure this has been done trillions of times before, but if you could remake any game from ataria to last gen( ps2, xbox, etc.) What would it be?

I would personaly like to see FFVII and tower of druga. How bout you?

I would actually like to see a remake of the first AOE game with better graphics and such.

I would like to sell the game X-COM UFO Defense remade.

Earthbound, Dragon Quest VII, Xenogears, Parasite Eve 1 and 2 off the top of my head.

Metal Gear 1 or 2.

I said Metal Gear, not Metal Gear Solid. Those are practically begging to be remade on like the PSP or for PSN download or something. Or even on the Wii. Whatever. Playing the originals is pretty janky, even as a major fan.

Seiken Densetsu 3, Secrets of Mana, Vagrant Story, and Super Mario RPGtoo.

Definitely Age of Empires 2. Better graphics,sound, and more gameplay features =10/10

As two others have said, Super Metroid and X-Com (good to see someone remember that gem, what a great game). I would like to see Panzer Dragoon Saga redone...while it's still a great game, the graphics are very hard to stomach.

Remake "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" with updated graphics for Wii. I would buy it the day it came out, I have beaten the N64 game millions of times already, but they would have to keep everything still intact like: same music, same bosses, same enemies, but also add new gameplay elements and items.

Also, they should use the Grand Theft Auto IV engine to remake "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" with euphoria physics, and next generation graphics.

I want the entire Mother series to be remade! :cry:

The first Streets Of Rage title (for Sega Genesis) should be remade. It would work pretty well in the sandbox/open world format.

Diablo 2 with a larger resolution, same engine (more detail though), same gameplay (different story), and about 24-32 players in a single game. Imagine the fun.
