If video game heroes/villains supported a real life cause, what would it be?

All heroes and heroines have a purpose. In gaming, it's charging through the levels to get to that final big bad, or stopping a major disaster. However, what real world cause or charity, other than saving the world, would these protagonists adopt?

Would Snake be an advocate for the World Wildlife Fund? (Being a fan of huskies and all.) Or, would he support cancer research? He really needs to stop smoking! :)

What about the bad guys? If they had a change of heart, or a sinister soft side, what campaign would they triumph? Could you see Sephiroth rallying for the homeless? Or, Albert Wesker fighting for zombie/human marriage rights? :D

Wacky variations and serious suggestions are welcome. Small causes and larger ones are too. Any video game characters are up for nomination. I'd love to see what notions people can come up with. :)

Marcus Fenix would probably be against AIDS. (don't ask) Bowser would be with the healthcare reform. (Mario's jumped on him so many times) And Professor Layton would want a better school system.
